Dear Pre-Orderers,

Thank you all for your patience & continued interest in BEFORE THE START.  I've obviously missed the planned October 2023 release date.  Unforeseen personal health challenges over the past few months -- including a spine surgery, from which I'm still slowly and steadily recovering -- disrupted my work, but I'm back at my desk & ready to get things finished.
